It is possible to send the goods by a courier company chosen by the buyer ordering the collection of purchased and paid goods.

We send the purchased items on the next business day between 8.30-10, depending on the time of the couriers' arrival for parcels, and we send them by 11.00 via the Polish post office,

We pack the goods in cardboard boxes and protect them against damage.

Each time in the case of a courier shipment, the content and condition of the goods should be checked, in the event of damage, a damage report should be drawn up, which for us is a proof that the content was damaged during transport and not at the recipient's place.

I. Shipment of goods within the territory of the country The cost of shipping the goods is covered by the customer. Shipments are sent via InPost, Poczta Polska or a selected courier company. The shipping cost is automatically charged when placing the order. FREE SHIPPING - orders over PLN 450 (weighing up to 30 kg) in Poland against payment on account The time of delivery of the order by the Polish Post Office is 2-4 business days, by courier 1-2 business days. ATTENTION! Couriers are obliged to deliver the parcel to the recipient's premises only when the weight of the parcel does not exceed 30 kg. In the case of heavier products, the package can only be delivered to the door of the building indicated in the delivery address. If the Customer does not pick up the COD shipment on time, and wishes to have the goods shipped again, the order will be processed only after he has paid the actual costs related to the return of the shipment to the store and sending it to the Customer again.
II. Shipment of goods abroad
For orders from outside Poland, delivery costs will be calculated individually after determining the weight and size of the shipment. Information about the delivery costs and our bank account number will be provided in the OFFER document sent to the customer by e-mail

We send goods abroad only after a prior payment of money to our bank account or payment by PayPal.

In the event of refusal to pick up the ordered goods, the buyer, under the provisions of the Civil Code, is obliged to bear the costs related to shipping and returning the shipment along with the standard handling costs in the amount of PLN 55 - in the event of failure to pay the costs incurred due to failure to comply with the purchase and sale agreement concluded at a distance, we will issue a call for payment and we will refer the case to compulsory recovery by a court order.

3. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the goods are sent after the amount has been credited to the account.
